False Imprisonment with Violence: A man was arrested after punching, choking and unlawfully restraining his girlfriend in their 24th Avenue Live Oak residence at 12:30 a.m.

Possession of Heroin: A man was arrested in the Best Buy parking lot in Soquel for being under the influence and possessing heroin at 10:38 a.m.
Petty Theft: 4000 block, Capitola Road, 4:32 p.m.

March 21:
Public Intoxication: A male was arrested on the 1300 block of 41st Avenue at 1:50 a.m.
Petty Theft: 800 block, Park Avenue, 12:18 p.m.
Inflicting Corporal Injury on Cohabitant: A male was arrested for domestic violence on the 100 block of Grove Lane at 3:19 p.m.
March 20:
Vehicle Theft: 1700 block, 41st Avenue, 5:32 a.m.
March 19:
Kidnapping/Robbery/Threatening with Attempt to Terrorize: 1600 block, 41st Avenue, 1:47 a.m.
Petty Theft: A juvenile heroin addict female stole $305.83 of merchandise from at 10:45 a.m. She was found to have heroin smoking paraphernalia on her person as well.
