P/T Community Consultant -- Cultural Au Pair Program

Cultural Care, an innovative provider of quality, flexible and affordable in-home childcare, is seeking compassionate and communicative Childcare Support Consultants to join our growing team! We are looking for people in areas including Santa Cruz, Aptos, Scotts Valley, Capitola, and Soquel.

In this exciting and immeasurably rewarding role, you will provide on-the-ground support to au pairs (nannies) as well as their host families during their time together. This is an excellent opportunity for those who embrace cultural exchange and enjoy meeting and working with people from other countries and cultures.

Put your customer service and marketing skills to work as you introduce families in your community to a flexible and affordable form of childcare. Work with international au pairs and help them navigate their year in the United States. Plan fun events for your group of families and au pairs and be a source of support for them as well.
