Santa Cruz Co. Man Arrested, Accused Of Lewd Acts With His Two Daughters

The allegations date back to 2001 when the man and his children resided in La Honda.

A 56-year-old man was arrested Monday morning at his home in Santa Cruz County based on an investigation into alleged sex offenses committed on his two daughters when he resided in San Mateo County, authorities said.

At approximately 7:30 a.m., detectives from the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant and an arrest warrant at the Live Oak-area home of Lawrence Stanley Gullman in unincorporated Santa Cruz County, officials said.

The warrants were obtained after the Sheriff’s Office investigated allegations that Gullman committed lewd and lascivious acts with two of his daughters in the spring of 2001, when the two were in the early and late teens and while they lived in the town of La Honda, according to the San Mateo department.
