Shape-Up Saturdays at New Leaf Pleasanton Feature Different Local Gyms

Shape-Up Saturdays are held on Saturday mornings from 8 am to 9 am at New Leaf Community Market Pleasanton. Each week the store is hosting a different Tri-Valley local gym giving a free class to demonstrate their approach to fitness. This series is a fun, community-boosting event that promotes local small business gyms in the Tri-Valley area while encouraging the health and wellbeing of our community. Shape-Up Saturdays on January 23 will feature 925 Training Center of Pleasanton and on January 30, Platinum Fitness Pleasanton.
Come on by! It’s open to everyone. You will enjoy:
- Tea/water will be provided at each class.
- Some fun swag and samples from supporting vendors.
- Goodie bags with healthy snacks and coupons to take home.
- For every class you come to you can submit an entry form to win a New Leaf gift card. The more classes you come to the more chances to win.
- Each gym will have some sort of promotion or giveaway for coming to the class.
