Sweet Holiday Surprises For Area Crime Victims: SEE VIDEO
Thanks to donations to the Watsonville Police Activities League, this year's Christmas season was made brighter.

WATSONVILLE, CA – Watsonville Police Department Detective Rudy Lopez spent part of a recent weekend delivering Christmas gifts to more than a dozen local victims of serious crimes -- some 13 families that had a "rough year," officers said.
Several law enforcement members parterened up and donated to the effort spearheaded by the Watsonville Police Activities League (PAL).

The Watsonville Police Activities League is a youth crime prevention program that employs educational, athletic and other recreational activities to cement a bond among police officers, recreation leaders, youth and their parents.
