Participants will be
introduced to the Triple P system.  They will learn how to:

1. Create safe, interesting environments for children
2. Provide positive learning environments for children
3. Use assertive discipline
4. Have realistic expectations of themselves and
   children. 
5. Take care of themselves as parents and caregivers
