Trout Gulch Roadwork May Delay Traffic

CAPITOLA-SOQUEL, CA - From the County of Santa Cruz: The Santa Cruz County Department of Public Work has announced that Trout Gulch Road at Soquel Drive will be restricted to one lane, with two-way traffic controls, for construction from Monday, Nov. 27 - Friday, Dec. 8, weather permitting.

The traffic restrictions will only be in place overnight, between the hours of 8 p.m.-6 a.m.

The restrictions are necessary to install a new railroad crossing and associated facilities. The Department of Public Works would like the motoring public to avoid these areas if possible or be prepared for delays of up to 20 minutes.
