Two Hollister Men, 25 and 23, Killed In Rollover Crash On Hwy 101
The driver was severely injured and arrested for suspected DUI in the accident early today just south of the Santa Clara County line.

Two Hollister men were killed and one man badly injured this morning when a car rolled over off of U.S. Highway 101 in northern San Benito County, according to the California Highway Patrol.
At 1:30 a.m., a 25-year-old Anthony Marta Mendoza was driving a 2000 Volkswagen Jetta south on U.S. 101 at a high rate of speed about a mile south of Santa Clara County and approaching state Highway 129 when the car drifted onto the west shoulder, the CHP said.
The Jetta turned over several times and came to a rest in a large grass shoulder west of the highway, according to the CHP.

The two adult male passengers, aged 25 and 23, were pronounced dead at the scene while Mendoza suffered major injuries and was flown to San Jose Regional Medical Center for treatment, the CHP reported.
Mendoza, also of Hollister, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash, according to the CHP.
