• Texas-based golf comapny blasted after bizarre ad sparks outrage (lmtonline.com) — Carlsbad-based golf giant Callaway is under scrutiny after a Texas partner, Good Good Golf, released and then pulled an ad many viewers said glorified violence against women. Callaway's CEO has apologized and launched an internal investigation into how the controversial "Quantum Driver" commercial was created and approved, a notable development for one of Carlsbad's best-known employers.
