Free Parenting Seminar: Tantrums and Big Feelings for Kids 1-5 (Carlsbad)

Parenting the Early Years is a free seminar series for parents and caregivers of children ages 1-5, held by Coastal Therapy Group in collaboration with McCammack Pediatrics.

This morning: The Co-Regulation Toolkit: Managing Tantrums, Meltdowns, and Big Feelings. What is happening in a tantrum, how to de-escalate it, where screens fit in, and how parents take care of themselves.

Each session is led by Dr. Aguilera Rice, a licensed child psychologist at Coastal Therapy Group (PSY33929), and Dr. McCammack, a Carlsbad pediatrician (CA License A130883). They take on the same everyday parenting struggles from both sides: what's happening in your child's body, and what's happening in their feelings.Free. Come to one session or all three.
