Carlsbad Film Series Presents "Back to the Future"

Great Scott! To celebrate the 30th Anniversary of Back to the Future, Carlsbad City Library will show a variety of time-travel-themed movies, ending the month with a screening of the iconic ‘80s film.

In this sci-fi classic, small-town California teen Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox) is accidentally sent 30 years into the past by his friend Dr. Emmett Brown (Christopher Lloyd). Traveling through time in a modified DeLorean, Marty must make sure his high-school-age parents unite in order to save his own existence.

The Carlsbad Film Series is held at the Carlsbad City Library inside the Ruby G. Schulman Auditorium on the last three Wednesdays of the month. Arrive any time after 5:30 p.m. to watch special features, film starts at 6 p.m.
