Carlsbad's Hope Elementary School February 2020 Employee Of The Month - Abel Morales

Abel Morales works as a Custodian at Hope Elementary School and was nominated by Sharon Stickney a Custodian at Hope Elementary School.

Abel has helped me out many times when I was getting behind or running over time. He has helped me out by doing one of my restrooms. He’s teaching me how to speak Spanish. Many times, the Kids Care would have extra trash at the end and he would take care of it. He also helped out by taking me home during his lunch break! Abel even helps me when the trash is heavy by putting up the lid to the dumpster! Abel is an awesome custodian and I hope he gets employee of the month!

He makes sure his closet is always full with supplies, tools and a lot of other stuff with what we could use at the school site.

Congratulations Abel! Thank you for all you do.
