Carlsbad Man Arrested For Exposing Himself To Woman, Stalking: Police

Authorities are seeking additional victims.

CARLSBAD, CA — A man was accused of exposing himself to a woman and stalking a different woman in northern San Diego County, authorities said.

Police responded at 8:34 a.m. Friday to a report of a man in a purple vehicle following a female pedestrian in the 700 block of Laguna Drive in Carlsbad, according to the Carlsbad Police Department. During their initial investigation, officers learned that the same man had exposed himself to another woman in a separate incident earlier that morning near Laguna Drive and State Street, police said.

Police found the man, identified as Max Rasul, 23, at his Carlsbad home. He was arrested and booked into the Vista Detention Facility on suspicion of multiple charges, including indecent exposure and stalking.
