Carlsbad Prepares For 9th Annual Music Festival
The Carlsbad Music Festival will take place from September 21-23 in the Village.
The music festival will feature artists such as the Calder Quartet, , Sara Watkins (of Nickel Creek), Mantra Percussion and many more, coming to Carlsbad to share their amazing music, along with composers Michael Gordon and Andy Akiho.
The Festival weekend will begin on Friday evening Sept. 21 with a continuation of the popular free Village Music Walk, where Festival and community musicians perform indoor and outdoor concerts at intimate unconventional locations throughout the Village.
The Festival will continue with indoor and outdoor concerts in locations throughout the Village on Saturday and Sunday with a grand finale free outdoor concert in Magee Park by Sara Watkins.
