Carlsbad's Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas Scheduled to Open Feb. 10
The upscale movie theatre is in La Costa's Plaza Paseo Real Center where UltraStar used to be.
Reclining leather seats, waiter service during movies, and 21-and-older full bar auditoriums are some of the features Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas are bringing to town.
Cinépolis is the largest movie chain in Latin America and fourth largest in the world. This will be the chain's second location in San Diego. The first one opened in Del Mar.
Cinépolis' PR agency says they are planning on opening the Carlsbad location Feb. 10, assuming construction wraps as planned.
