Carlsbad's Shaun White Wins X Game Gold in Skateboarding
The Olympic gold medalist in snowboarding won gold in Skateboarding Vert event at the 2011 X Games in Los Angeles which ended Sunday July 31.
Shaun White, nicknamed the "flying tomato" has another gold medal to hang on the wall.
The 24-year-old grew up in Carlsbad, CA.
