Dr. Immanuel Hausig Joins Scripps Coastal Medical Center Carlsbad

CARLSBAD, CA — Family medicine specialist Immanuel Hausig, doctor of osteopathic medicine, has joined Scripps Coastal Medical Center Carlsbad, which serves several communities in North County, Scripps Health announced Thursday.
Dr. Hausig provides comprehensive primary care and has a special interest in integrative medicine, sports medicine, osteopathic manipulation, chronic disease prevention and wellness, according to a news release.
Dr. Hausig earned his medical degree at Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific Northwest and completed his residency at Downey Regional Medical Center. Dr. Hausig is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. He speaks English and German.

He is based at Scripps Coastal Medical Center Carlsbad, 2176 Salk Ave. in Carlsbad, which provides family medicine, internal medicine and pediatrics, including evening and weekend hours for pediatric care. Located off Interstate 5 and Palomar Airport Road, the clinic serves various North County communities, including Aviara, Bressi Ranch, Calavera Hills, Carlsbad, Chestnut Hills, La Costa, Rancho Carillo and San Marcos.
