*Session 1 – Fine Art Ages 5-14 9am-1pm 8/13-8/16 Mon-Thurs + Gallery Night on August 23rd @ 6:30pm

Ignite your imagination & creativity with our Art Workshops. 3-5 Handmade Unique “Gallery” Art Projects: Drawing, Painting, Sculpture, Collage, Mosaics, Mask Making, etc. - every project unique and handmade by the students. Lesson Syllabus/Journal: Each student will keep notes, examples and lesson plans. Appreciation & Application: Several known Artists will be referenced & studied. Discussion on their use of color, line, texture, etc. will be worked into daily lessons/projects.
*Session 2 – Coat of Arms Ages 5-14 9am-1pm 8/20-8/23 Mon-Thurs + Gallery Night on August 23rd @ 6:30pm
Coat of Arms Session with Young Artists Workshops - $165/session/camper
Ignite your imagination & creativity with our Art Workshops. Each Student will design, create and complete their own “Coat of Arms”. This session will be very hands-on and students will get to use a variety of tools, materials, techniques and applications. Students will have the choice of bringing in factual family history to incorporate into their pieces or they can create a totally imaginary history/family line. Lessons will include Graphic Art, Lettering, Symbols/Crests, Country Flags, Landscapes and more. Lesson Syllabus/Journal: Each student will keep notes, examples, & lesson plans.
*Gallery Night: For Camp Sessions 1 and 2 will be held on 8/23 @ 6:30pm @ It’s Academic - Complimentary Entrance + Refreshments Both sessions will be celebrated with a “Gallery Show” of all the students’ works. Instruction is provided by 2 art professionals with over 20 years’ experience. We are teachers & moms who know how important expression, creativity and imagination are to growing a balanced and happy child.
