Show off your stamina in the Carlsbad Triathlon, which begins at Tamarack Surf Beach and follows the coastline of Carlsbad.
The triathlon includes a calm ocean swim marked with buoys, a bike course and finishes off with a run along the coast on a mostly flat course.
First-timers and triathlon veterans are welcome, as are their friends and family.

100 additional spots have opened up in the Carlsbad Traithlon for any late comers. Registration is only available at Moment Cycle Sport from 11:30 - 6 p.m. on Thursday, July 7 and Friday, July 8. Registration is cash only and you must bring your ID to collect your race packet.
