This expo is geared toward individual and family healthy lifestyles. Participate in things like relays, agility tests and Wii fit demos. Sit through seminars and live demonstrations for youth, teens, and adults. 

There will be plenty of booths with health-associated supplies, like nutritional supplements and athletic services.
