
“Holiday at the Rancho,” presented by City of Carlsbad Parks and Recreation at Leo Carrillo Ranch Historic Park, includes:
- entertainment
- a tree lighting ceremony
- crafts
- cookie decorating
- and a visit by Santa
Get holiday shopping done at the handmade craft boutique, and bring a blanket and chair for the classic holiday movie, A Christmas Story, shown outdoors on the big screen.
Pre-sale tickets are available until Dec. 1 online at www.carlsbadca.gov/parksandrec, enter keyword “Holiday at the Rancho.” Tickets will be available at the door. Children 3 and under will be admitted fo free.

Train rides, souvenir photos with Santa, refreshments and merchandise are available for an additional fee.
The event will also serve as a drop-off location for Toys for Tots, a program of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve that distributes new toys to less-fortunate children in the community. If you donate a new, unwrapped toy to the program, you will be entered in a prize raffle drawing.
