This event will include grand opening festivities at Altaire, offering single-family homes by D.R. Horton, and model home tours at three other new neighborhoods in San Elijo Hills, offering townhomes, detached homes and single-family homes priced from the high $300,000s to the $700,000s.
Complimentary beverages and munchies from eight gourmet food trucks and eateries will be available. The food trucks, which will be stationed at each model complex, include Devilicious, Barrista Trolley, Food Farm SD, Kona Ice, SD Street Eats, Longboards Ice Cream and more.
