First Dailey Method in San Diego Opens in Carlsbad

Dedicated to giving back, The Dailey Method Carlsbad is thrilled to be hosting a ‘Pushups for Pounds’ station throughout opening weekend!  One dollar will be donated to Feeding America for every pushup completed during the two days.

A grand opening reception will take place at 4:00 PM Sunday July 31 with healthy food and beverage offerings, raffles for Dailey Dollars and local merchandise, studio tours.

As in The Dailey Method’s other locations, the new studio will feature the company’s proprietary one-hour fitness class, which combines ballet barre work, core conditioning, stretching, and orthopedic exercises. The classes effectively strengthen, tone, and lengthen the entire body while providing quick physical results.

The location also offers on-site childcare.
