Town Hall Forum, Alzheimer’s Family Caregiving: The Team Approach

There are approximately 53,000 people in San Diego
County with Alzheimer’s and more than 100,000 caregivers looking after a loved one with the disease.

Caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s disease takes a dedicated team of family members, friends, medical professionals and experts. Alzheimer’s disease experts will address this and more at the upcoming Town Hall Forum, Alzheimer’s Family Caregiving: The Team Approach. The forum, which is organized by residential memory loss care provider ActivCare Living, will address how to assemble a team and where to go to pull together the information and resources one may need to become a successful and confident leader of that caregiving team.
