Former Carlsbad Teacher Convicted of Sexual Battery Not Registered as Offender

A former Pacific Rim Elementary School teacher is not registered as a sex offender despite being convicted in 2010, according to the North County Times.

Raymond Lewis Firth, who was released from prison on March 3, was ordered to register as a sex offender, according to the newspaper.
