Kids for Peace Raises $1400 at Weekend Fundraiser, Sends 200 Pairs of Shoes to Kenyan Students

The shoes were donated by Shoebacca and adorned with sweet notes of friendship during hte Sunday event.

Carlsbad's Kids for Peace held a fundraiser for its Kenya school on Sunday.

The event, which was held in the overflow lot at 24 Hour Fitness, fundraised for a primary school in Mikai, Kenya.
