La Costa Resident Selected for SD Metro's 2013 40 Under 40 Awards

Fisher & Phillips LLP is pleased to announce that Danielle Hultenius Moore, a partner in the San Diego office, has been selected as one of the honorees in SD METRO’s 2013 40 Under 40 awards.

SD METRO’s 40 Under 40 awards recognize high achievers in business and civic affairs, celebrating 40 individuals under the age of 40 who represent some of the best and brightest citizens of the San Diego community.   

A San Diego native, 35-year-old Moore represents and counsels employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including employment discrimination, wrongful termination, workplace harassment, retaliation, unfair competition and wage-hour lawsuits, employment handbook and personnel policy preparation, and general preventive advice including hiring, discipline and termination practices. She has experience litigating matters in state and federal courts, state administrative tribunals, such as the Fair Employment and Housing Commission, and in arbitration. Moore regularly conducts management training and lectures on labor and employment issues. She also teaches an employment law course at San Diego State University’s College of Extended Studies.

Moore started her career working on the United States Senate Judiciary Committee for Senator Charles Grassley in Washington D.C. While at the George Washington University Law School, she was a director of the Moot Court Board and was an award-winning, semi-finalist in the constitutional law moot court competition. Prior to joining the firm, Moore practiced general business and construction-related litigation in San Diego. Her community involvement includes serving as a mentor, sponsor and member for Women for Women, a nonprofit humanitarian organization that helps women survivors of war rebuild their lives. She received her bachelor’s degree, with honors, from University of Southern California in 2000 and received her law degree from George Washington University Law School in 2004. She currently lives in La Costa, Calif.
