MaintenanceNet Honored for Enabling Sales Channels in ITSMA’s 2013 Marketing Excellence Awards

MaintenanceNet, Inc., based in Carlsbad, is pleased to announce its Service360® Auto Quote deployment has been named a finalist in the category of “Enabling Sales Channels” for the ITSMA 2013 Marketing Excellence Awards. The solution was designed and implemented by MaintenanceNet to automate and improve service sales for value-added distributor Comstor and the distributor’s worldwide channel partners.

As the leading marketing association for technology, communications and professional services providers, ITSMA honors marketing programs, campaigns and new initiatives that have achieved excellence worldwide through the 16th annual Marketing Excellence Awards program. Winners were announced at a special awards ceremony during ITSMA’s 20th Annual Marketing Conference on November 5 at The Charles Hotel in Cambridge, Mass.

In selecting MaintenanceNet as a finalist, ITSMA judges stated that the company’s “data-driven approach to automating the sales process for renewals delivers real business value through innovation."

The Auto Quote deployment was recognized by ITSMA for improving sales effectiveness for Comstor, a Cisco-dedicated value-added distributor of category-leading unified communications, network infrastructure, data center and security solutions with a global network of specialty resellers. By teaming with MaintenanceNet, Comstor sought to streamline service sales across its global network with the goal of both generating profits and better serving customers.
