New Las Vegas Flights Available From Carlsbad

Starting Sept. 28, Cal Jet by Elite Airways will offer commercial flights between McClellan-Palomar Airport in Carlsbad and Las Vegas.

CARLSBAD, CA – What happens in Vegas will soon be able to start in Carlsbad. Cal Jet Air, Elite Airways and San Diego County officials announced Wednesday that "Cal Jet by Elite Airways" will offer commercial flights twice a day between McClellan-Palomar Airport in Carlsbad and Las Vegas starting Sept. 28.

Cal Jet by Elite Airways plans to operate a single Bombardier CRJ700 jet, which has 64 seats, from McClellan-Palomar, according to county officials. The flights will be the first commercial air service at the airport since 2015.
