Surfing In Carlsbad: Photo Of The Day

CARLSBAD, CA — Patch reader Jack Ferguson captured this photo in Carlsbad, just north of Ponto Beach.

"The two men in the picture are friends but complete strangers to me," Ferguson said. "I showed them the picture as they were leaving the beach and they were completely thrilled with (it). I sent it to them via email and they were over the moon with the kindness of a stranger to share the pic with them."
