Suspects Wanted In Check Fraud, Commercial Burglary Crime Spree
Do you know these two women? They are suspects in a series of check fraud and commercial burglary cases throughout San Diego County.

CARLSBAD, CA – Carlsbad police are seeking the public's help in identifying two women wanted in a series of check fraud and commercial burglary cases.
The suspects targeted victims at various Bank of America locations Jan. 10 in Carlsbad. The women, who wore scrubs, asked people to cash a $4,900 check and promised to pay the victims $40 for their help. The checks were later returned as fraudulent checks.

There are several open cases throughout San Diego County, including four in Carlsbad, according to police. An estimated $44,000 was stolen in the crime spree, authorities said.
Anyone with information about the suspects was asked to contact the Carlsbad Police Department's Financial Crimes Unit at 760-931-2173 or the San Diego County Crime Stoppers anonymous tip line at 888-580-8477.
