Boys & Girls Clubs Welcomes New Bressi Ranch Location
So far, 185 kids are signed up to utilize the Clubhouse which officially opens on Monday.
Boys & Girls Club of Carlsbad leaders welcomed its newest branch on Thursday.
The Bressi Ranch Clubhouse, which took nearly five years in the making, is expected to serve more than 300 children daily, according to officials.
CEO Brad Holland said about $3,000 in donations made the new addition possible.

“Many of you here provided great contributions to make this what it is, and we can’t thank you enough for that,” Holland said during Thursday's ribbon cutting ceremony.
Donor Greg Nelson said the branch was created for the local children.

“This is truly all about the kids—what we do is all for the kids," he said. "When it’s time for us to reach deep—we do that, not for ourselves, not for any glory—it’s about the kids.”
The Clubhouse will officially open on Monday, Feb. 4.
