CHP Traffic Enforcement Leads To 348 Tickets

HAYWARD, CA — The Hayward office of the California Highway Patrol used its High Impact Traffic Team (HITT) to focus on bad driving on our local roads.

The result:

• 348 Citations
• 4 Verbal Warnings
• 12 Tows
• 1 Arrest

In a social media post, the CHP said, "HITT is made up of Hayward California Highway Patrol officers and allied agencies that go out on patrol and do our best to combat traffic violations in our respective areas."
