Memory Academy II and Advanced Memory Academy - Classes Start April 17-18-19

If you've taken our Memory Academy I class and are ready to continue strengthening both your mind and body, join us for one of these two classes!

The Memory Academy II begins on April 19 from 1:30-4:00 p.m. This class focuses on brain function and ways to achieve brain health. We'l do activities that utilize different parts of the brain and memory skills will include SUDOKU and a variety of word and memory exercises. Physical exercise, balance improvement, and stress reduction techniques are part of every class. You'll also build a resource binder and we'll discuss brain health, nutritional interventions, the latest research on Alzheimers, and ways that may prevent dementia.

We are also offering two sections of Advanced Memory Academy. Tuesday, April 17 and Wednesday, April 18 from 1:30-3:30 p.m. Activities such as cryptographs will push our brains to work in new ways and challenge each person toward their next level of fitness.

A new session of The Memory Academy I begins on Thurs., July 5 from 1:30-4:00 p.m.
