
As you get older, your tendons and cartilage tend to harden, your muscles lose strength, maybe some pain bothers you. Balance poses can become a challenge. If your body refuses to obey you the way you desire, then you must engage your mind and spirit. Think positively! Accept your limitations! Be grateful because you can still manage! Most importantly, do not give up your practice, as yoga will keep you young in body, mind, and spirit.
