Eden Medical Center will have a free Breastfeeding Basics Class in Conference Center Room B.
The class covers such topics as breast changes during pregnancy, how to establish a supply of milk, how often to nurse your baby, and how to tell if your baby is getting enough milk.
In addition, common issues about latch-on techniques, jaundice, thrush and sore nipples will be addressed.
