Course covers third trimester fetal development, signs and symptoms of labor, stages of labor, delivery, postpartum recovery and caring for your newborn. Progressive relaxation and breathing techniques are also covered.

Bring two pillows and a notebook. Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for exercise.
