Congregation Shir Ami is having its annual Labor Day Barbecue. This will be a fun event for the whole family and there will be delicious food, children's activities, a raffle and a silent auction. The proceeds from the event will go to benefit our religious school.

We encourage everyone who might be interested in learning about our congregation to attend.The costs are $12 per adult, in advance/ $15.00 at the door. $5.00 per child (12 and under) in advance/ $6.00 at the door and prospective members are free!
Congregation Shir Ami is a small, friendly, Reform synagogue in Castro Valley. We offer Shabbat and holiday services and celebrations, active women’s group, Religious School with bar/bat mitzvah training, adult education, teen programs, interfaith and social action projects, and more.
