Dog Obedience -- Beginning Obedience (Just for Small Dogs) and Intermediate Obedience - Classes Start April 23

If you have a dog, you know the importance of obedience and manners training. Castro Valley Adult and Career Education offers classes for dogs and the humans who love them.

This quarter, we have two classes coming up:

Small Dog Beginning Obedience/Manners: Especially for the little guys, this class is open to dogs 5 months and older and under 25 pounds. Dogs will learn basic commands including sit, down, come, stay, and many others. Owners must bring proof of shots to first class. A leash, collar and treats are needed. Equipment discussed on first night. Aggressive dogs may be excused from class.

Intermediate Obedience Class: This intermediate level class is for dogs who have successfully completed our Beginning Obedience/Manners class. In this class we will focus on polishing up their beginning-level skills and adding more distractions and challenges. Aggressive dogs may be excused from class.
