Learn how to better prepare your home for the impact of future earthquakes. Sponsored by the Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG), local contractors will teach homeowners the basic components of a proper retrofit. Attendees will learn how to evaluate a prior retrofit and will learn how to evaluate contractor bids and what resources are available to assist in paying for retrofits. This free workshop will be in the Library Chabot Room.
