FA is an international fellowship for women and men who either cannot control their eating or find they are obsessed with food. This program focuses on helping participants stop abusing food and live a better life.
Participants share their experiences and provide mutual support to one another.

The program of recovery is based upon the Twelve Steps and Traditions of Alcoholics Anonymous. The group makes use of AA principles to recover from addictive eating patterns.
There are no weigh-ins at FA meetings.
Membership is open to anyone who wants help with food.
