Fourth Wednesday Workshop Series: Support for Parents of Preschool through Elementary-aged Children Starts Wed. Sept. 26

Do it for your kids, your family, and yourself! Come to the new Fourth Wednesday parenting support workshop series this Wednesday, Sept. 26 at Castro Valley Adult and Career Education.


The Fourth Wednesday Workshop Series are one-night workshops led by experts providing tips and strategies for effective parenting. Topics include “Raising Children with Love and Logic” on Wednesday, September 26, “My Child’s Self Esteem: Understanding the Inner Life of Kids” on October 24, and “Developing Positive Peer and Sibling Relationships” on November 28.


The September 26 workshop is based on the program, “Raising Children with Love and Logic”, which provides simple and practical techniques that help parents to be more effective and children to be more responsible. This workshop is designed for parents of preschool through elementary-aged children. The workshop is led by John Heinitz, an educator, administrator, and facilitator for the Love and Logic program.

The workshop is in Room 10 and runs from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The cost is just $10.
