Celebrate the season of light and the spirit of acceptance by joining in an inspirational conversation with members of Castro Valley Citizens for Middle Eastern Awareness. The organization will welcome Sahar Kordahi, Palestinian, and Ruth Hartman, Jewish-American. Joining them from Israel will be Tzvia Shelef.
These three women will share their personal stories and experiences building friendship and understanding across differences. Tzvia and Sahar will share the "Seven Steps of Acceptance." Light refreshments will be provided.
The event is being jointly sponsored by the Hayward Area Historical Society, the , Castro Valley Citizens for Middle Eastern Awareness and of Castro Valley.
