Heartsongs Later Life Planning Workshop

There is NO CHARGE to attend this 2-part workshop on 2 Saturdays, 10/29 and 11/5. The first part is memoir writing and leaving a personal legacy, POLST, AHCD, ethical wills, memorial services, and burial/cremation preferences. The second part is emotional issues of aging, including loss, transitions, and partnerlessness, downsizing, clutter-clearing, distribution of personal items and heirlooms.  Please contact the church office at 510.581.3586 with your name and telephone number.
