Introduction to Yoga for ABSOLUTE Beginners with Nancy Leigh-Smith

Learn yoga from the ground up, beginning with basic symmetrical poses. Each week we'll build on the previous lesson, preparing you to continue in a beginning, gentle or all-levels class. A simple meditation technique and key philosophical points will be covered. Handouts for home practice provided. Please wear clothes that move (stretch) and show the ankles and knees (either close-fitting or shorts), and be prepared to practice barefoot. 4-session series: $70.
