Medical Billing, Insurance & Office Procedures I, II - Starts Sept. 8

If you are thinking about a career change, then enroll in Medical Billing, Insurance and Office Procedures at Castro Valley Adult and Career Education.

In this two-part class, you'll learn the foundations of insurance program basics, HIPAA confidentiality, CPT and ICD coding, and Medisoft billing software. Students may begin in either Part I or Part II. A competency-based certificate is awarded upon successful completion. 

For this class, you'll need basic computer skills and keyboarding. Classes in Medical Terminology, Anatomy & Physiology are suggested. We offer these classes as well -- please check out the many career and technical classes on our website.
