The evening will begin with a few minutes of self-reflection to identify anything you’d like change in your life and develop intentions to cultivate those changes. Next we will practice some gentle yoga poses and breathing techniques to connect your mind and body and bring your awareness into the present. Then we will enjoy some yummy restorative poses to melt away physical and mental tension as we focus on our intentions. The workshop will end with a guided meditation to induce a state of deep relaxation which will enhance the ability of our intentions to create lasting transformation.
No previous yoga experience required. Everyone welcome!
