Safe Drug Disposal Workshop

Come learn about how to dispose of pharmaceuticals you no longer want or need on May 11 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the in Castro Valley. 

According to the which is sponsoring the event, this workshop will focus on safe and proper disposal of pharmaceuticals and medicines and why it is important. A representative from the Alameda County Medication Disposal Initiative will be the featured speaker this day.

Light refreshments will be served and CVSan grease cans will be distributed free to the first 10 attendees.

This workshop is open to all, especially seniors, those with medicine to dispose of and those concerned with safe medicine disposal in general. You can register to attend here.

Children age 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
