Seniors Enjoy Qigong Movement Class

Each Wednesday from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Friday from 10 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. through March 16 you can take part in Qigong Practice for senior citizens.

This form of exercise consists of 64 simple movements that flow from one movement to the next.

You can drop-in to these classes which cost $1 each session.
