Fishing is a fun and relaxing way to spend the day and enjoy nature. Meet the naturalist at the Shoreline Interpretive Center for an afternoon of fishing fun. Learn or practice fishing basics like knot-tying, rigging and proper fish handling. We have poles to lend, but feel free to bring your own gear. Anyone 16 years or older needs a valid fishing license to participate. Dress to get a little dirty or muddy, or even rainy. Bait is provided, but bring a snack for yourself. Ages 6 and up. Fee: $25
